Spooky Halloween doll with pumpkin

These are vintage "Dolls of the World" dolls, originally sold as promotional items at ARCO gas stations in the 1960s and 1970s.They were a promotional item offered at Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) gas stations, typically for 99 cents with a tank of gas. The dolls are around 7.5 to 8 inches tall (taller when they are wearing their pumpkins), made of hard plastic, and feature "sleepy" eyes that open and close. 

I left the dolls in there "as found" vintage condition. Their dresses are a little tattered and their hair is a little matted except for the one whose hair I had to replace because it had lost most of its original hair. I hand sculpted the jack-o'-lanterns from polymer clay with a grapevine tendril added for the stem. These are a great spooky addition to anyone's Halloween decor!
